Lucy Hill is a high-powered consultant in love with her upscale Miami life. Seeing the opportunity for promotion, she is sent to a middle of nowhere town in Minnesota to oversee the restructuring of a blue collar manufacturing plant. After enduring a frosty reception from the locals, icy roads and freezing weather, she warms up to the small town's charm, and eventually finds herself being accepted by the community. What begins as a straight forward job assignment becomes a life changing experience as Lucy discovers greater meaning in her life and most unexpectedly, the man of her dreams. When she's ordered to close down the plant and put the community out of work, she's forced to reconsider her priorities, finding a way to save the town.

I really enjoyed this movies. Renee Zellweger and Harry Connick Jnr made a great duo and there were some extremely funny moments!
