The saga of the wealthy Ewing family - patriarch Jock Ewing (Jim Davis), who started Ewing Oil, the family corporation; Miss Ellie (Barbara Bel Geddes), his wife who properly managed Southfork Ranch, the family home; and their three sons - J.R. (Larry Hagman), the ruthless CEO of Ewing Oil, married to former Miss Texas Sue Ellen Shepard (Linda Gray); Bobby (Patrick Duffy), the nice guy, who married Pamela Barnes (Victoria Principal), daughter of the Ewing's chief business rival (Ken Kerchevel); and Gary (Ted Shackelford), considered an outcast by his father, who eventually moved to California with his wife Valene (Joan Van Ark).

I use watch Dallas in the 80's and thought it was really great. Watching all the dirty dealings of JR and all his affairs. This series was great to watch.
