This film is absolutely brilliant! If nothing else it is worth watching just for the amazing landscapes and invigorating scenes on an original American Road trip, although I can guarantee there is more to it than that. Thelma (Geena Davis) is a bored housewife. Louise (Susan Sarandon) is a waitress at a coffee shop. Together they sneak off in a '66 T-bird convertible for a three-day fishing trip. However, things don't go quite according to plan.
