Armageddon

When NASA's executive director, Dan Truman (Billy Bob Thornton), makes the terrifying realisation that the Earth has just 18 days before it's obliterated by a meteor the size of Texas, he has only one option - land a ragtag team of roughneck oil drillers, led by their boss Harry Stamper (Bruce Willis), on the asteroid and drop a nuclear warhead into its core.

This is one of the best movie I've ever watched. It's really fantastic. .This movie is the kind that takes tears from you. It's impossible not to be touched by the farewell scene and the end it self.
